Government decisions/ Ermal Shena appointed Director General of the State Agency for Expropriation
The Council of Ministers has approved the appointment of Ermal Shena as the new Director General of the State Agency for Expropriation, relieving Kastriot Gurra, who previously held this position, of his duties.
"In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and point 3, Chapter III, of Decision No. 395, dated 13.5.2020, of the Council of Ministers, "On the manner of organization and functioning of the State Agency for Expropriation", upon the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
Mr. Kastriot Gurra, Director General of the State Agency for Expropriation, is relieved of this duty.
Mr. Ermal Shena is appointed Director General of the State Agency for Expropriation.
This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette", the decision states.
