"Certification of agricultural products increases sales" - Balluku, at the strawberry company: Coordination with agronomists and farmers is essential

Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku visited the Kafaraj area in Fier, the largest company in the country for the import of strawberry seedlings, as well as the export of this fruit.
Balluku emphasized the importance of product analysis and certification, which she believes has brought success to the company.
"It is very important that you have been able to coordinate the work, the coordination you do with agronomists and then with farmers, that everything is controlled from inputs, to pesticides and everything else, of course this brings you success. The agricultural market directly affects consumers. We are in an area, a region I would say, with high competition from all neighboring territories, so it is normal, like any market, for it to have its own setbacks, but the truth comes to the surface. You continue the good work because the truth comes to the surface, and the analyzes take place, and the market appreciates the good product. Today, organic products are more important than anything else, today consumers are also oriented towards organic products. It used to be luck to find some village product, now everyone is looking for village products and certifications. All the steps that place the products in a protected framework for consumers are to your benefit for sale and distribution," said Balluku.
For this season, the company visited by Balluku has brought nearly 2 million seedlings to Albania.
