"Environmental massacre, arsonists should be punished" - Lawyer comments on the package of measures for the protection of the territory

Illegal construction and deliberate arson are the two main issues on which the new package of legal measures for the protection of the territory is focused.
Lawyer Edmond Petraj tells Scan TV that toughening legislation for arsonists is a necessity, as environmental massacres have been committed over the years.
However, regarding measures for unauthorized construction and deviations from the project, the lawyer remains skeptical, as according to him, the newly presented plan needs additional specifications.
According to Petraj, buildings that violate building regulations should not be demolished, but should be confiscated and used for social purposes.
