Self-employment program opens - Young people with new business ideas, financing up to 1 million lek

Unemployed young people who have a clear idea for a new business now have a concrete opportunity to put it into practice. The self-employment program, launched by the National Employment and Skills Agency, aims to support young entrepreneurs to create their own businesses, by providing them with training, mentoring and financing.
According to the official announcement, job seekers with business ideas will be trained by qualified experts, who will help them build a consolidated business plan. After this process, the best plans will be selected for financing, receiving support of up to 1 million lek.
To become part of this program, the application is made on the e-Albania platform, through the “Request for participation in the self-employment program” service. Applicants must fill out the relevant form and submit the necessary documentation.
This program comes as a response to the challenges of unemployment, especially among young people, by encouraging the spirit of entrepreneurship and economic development in the country. The deadline for submitting applications is September 30, leaving enough time for all interested parties to organize and present their ideas properly.
This program is a unique opportunity for young people who want to break out of unemployment and create new economic prospects for themselves and their communities. In addition to financial support, participants will also benefit from mentoring and professional assistance throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
