"Those affected by the floods will be compensated" - Prime Minister Rama: For housing, as well as for living things

All citizens affected by the floods will be compensated. Prime Minister Edi Rama announced this during the meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Committee for Civil Emergencies this Friday morning.
"So far, 1,587 homes have been counted nationwide in the presence of water, 339 people and 51 families have been evacuated, and the presence of water has been found in 13,211,000 hectares of agricultural land, some of which have been flooded, as have several health centers or educational facilities. Today, I want to assure those affected this time that we will uphold with the same human, state and political dignity any obligation towards them, whether for their homes or for their living beings," said Rama.
During her speech, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, took stock of the defects in the energy network and the problems created in the infrastructure.
"All lines are functional, we have no problems with transmission."
We have reached a total of 38,731 outages for subscribers, that's how many defects there were, compared to the total of all subscribers, which is up to 1 million. While the number has decreased today, we only have 19,175 subscribers at this moment, so in the 8 o'clock report without power.
It is intended that in the coming hours, all of these will be recovered. As for the substations, they are all functional at the national level, except for two stations that still have a significant presence of water, I would say, which are Kafaraj and Poçem.
"The road axes are all functional, we refer here to the national axes. We are also aware that there have been problems on the rural axes, which are mainly maintained by municipalities, " said Balluku.
As a result of the floods, the teaching process has been suspended in 54 schools, while 502 armed forces personnel, 5,500 State Police forces, and over 720 firefighter personnel have been deployed on the ground.
