Subjects under the scrutiny of the Labor Inspectorate - Hundreds of inspections, dozens of violations identified during November
During November, the State Labor Inspectorate intensified controls in the labor market, with the aim of guaranteeing compliance with legislation and protecting the rights of employees. According to official data, a total of 768 entities were inspected nationwide during this period.
The inspections included the verification of 17,206 workplaces, where inspectors found a number of irregularities in the implementation of legal obligations by employers. During November, no advisory inspections were conducted, while all inspections were of a verifiable and punitive nature.
As a result of the violations identified, the Labor Inspectorate has imposed 492 administrative measures, signaling a significant level of problems in respecting labor standards. In parallel, 69 complaints filed by citizens and employees have also been handled, which have been reviewed in accordance with legal procedures.
Authorities say inspections will continue in the coming months, as part of efforts to strengthen law enforcement, increase workplace safety, and guarantee fairer conditions for employees.
