Innovation in the labor market, what will change from January 1? - Online portal

The government has decided that all job vacancies in the public administration will also be published on the online portal of the National Employment and Skills Agency (NESA). With this decision, the Agency will be responsible for publishing on its official website all job vacancies, not only in the private sector, but also in the public sector.

This was a process that was previously carried out through the websites of individual institutions or through the Department of Public Administration. The Council of Ministers also approved the rules of organization and functioning of AKPA.

According to the decision, based on the amendments to the law "On Vocational Education and Training" and the law "On the Organization and Functioning of State Administration", the National Employment and Skills Agency will be the institution responsible for collecting and managing information on job vacancies announced by public and private employers.

The implementation of this decision has been entrusted to the Agency, while the decision enters into force after its publication in the “Official Gazette”. Starting from January 1, AKPA will function as the only unique portal where all job vacancies in the public administration will be published.

This system will not only include the civil service, but all structures and institutions of state administration.

"This step will increase transparency and equal access to jobs in the administration, making application simpler for young people and citizens in general," Ibrahimaj emphasized during a meeting with young people employed through employment promotion programs.
