Plenary session of the Assembly, here are the names proposed for the Mandates and Legislation Councils
The Assembly is holding two plenary sessions today. The first, which started at 10:00, is discussing the draft decision on the election of the deputy speakers of the Assembly, the secretariats and the composition of the Bureau of the Assembly.
3 deputies who were absent from the previous session, Albana Vokshi, Fatmir Mediu and Oerd Bylykbashi, were sworn in.
In the second session, which will start at 17:00, the election of the chairpersons of the permanent committees of the Assembly will be discussed.
In the morning plenary session, the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, read the names proposed for the Council on Rules and Mandates and the Council on Legislation. The opposition has also submitted its names and why it is against the new structure of the Assembly.
