OSHEE: There will be no new connections to the network for unauthorized constructions
The Electricity Distribution Operator (OSHEE) has declared today through a press release its commitment as part of the action undertaken by the Albanian Government to crack down on illegality in the field of construction.
OSHEE is determined to strengthen control and not allow any new connections to the electricity grid for buildings that do not meet legal criteria.
According to OSHEE, special attention will be paid to requests for new connections, in order to avoid any attempts to circumvent the law.
"We will not accept requests for electricity connections from buildings without a building permit or that have not implemented the conditions of the building permit," the statement said.
