Labor Inspectorate inspects 772 entities - In June, over 16 thousand workplaces were inspected
The State Labor Inspectorate has increased inspections in workplaces and various entities. According to data, in June, a total of 16,449 workplaces were inspected, while 772 entities were inspected. However, within the framework of the inspections, part of them are also advisory inspections, of which 175 were carried out in total for the month of June.
To focus on administrative measures, 401 such measures have been taken. However, the Labor Inspectorate has also handled 84 complaints that have been received from entities or citizens. The State Labor Inspectorate, within the framework of the plan of measures for entities that carry out activities during the tourist season, continues the process of inspections throughout the country.
Meanwhile, so far, from the inspections carried out, urgent measures have been taken to suspend the activity of entities with flagrant violations, and every employment relationship has been formalized before the end of the inspection.
Among other things, during the inspection process, administrative measures were applied in accordance with legal violations, while concrete tasks were set for improving working conditions and implementing safety rules. Also, during the inspections by the inspectors on the ground, the protection of the dignity and safety of employees in the workplace was guaranteed.
The State Labor Inspectorate has announced that there will be zero tolerance for violations and that control, monitoring and inspection will continue without interruption throughout the country. Among other things, the Labor Inspectorate calls on employees who have found violations of their rights at work to contact the Labor Inspectorate to report the violations.
