70 loans with 0% interest for doctors and nurses - Here's when applications open
Doctors and nurses in the public administration will have the opportunity to benefit from 70 loans with 0% interest for the purchase of a home, within the framework of the social housing program.
The Ministry of Health and Social Welfare has opened the call for applications, which will start on August 27, 2026 and will remain open until September 25, 2026.
To benefit from the program, applicants must meet the criteria set out in the law "On Social Housing" and be employed in the public administration.
Among the main criteria is that the applicant does not have a home in ownership or in the process of legalization, or has a home that does not meet housing standards.
Also, the applicant must not own real estate or movable property worth more than half the value of the apartment he intends to purchase and must not be a beneficiary of other social housing programs.
The application is made online through the e-Albania platform, within the specified period.
The program aims to provide support to healthcare professionals in securing a home, through 0% interest financing.
