The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, today decreed the dismissal of Evis Sala from the position of Minister of Health and Social Welfare.
Also today, the President decreed the appointment of Klodiana Spahiu to the position of Minister of Health and Social Welfare.
The decree is expected to be passed today in the plenary session for a vote, and then Spahiu will have to swear in before the President to officially begin work in this department.
A few days ago, the Prime Minister proposed Klodiana Spahiu for the position of Minister of Health and Social Welfare, following the resignation of Minister Evis Sala, who was appointed in September 2025.
