What products does Britain buy from Albania? Mainly textiles, fruit and shoes. It sells us machinery and vehicles

According to official data published by the UK Department for Business and Trade, statistics on trade exchanges between the UK and Albania have been released. These data show that, during the four quarters ending at the end of the first quarter of 2025, Albania was ranked as the UK's 117th largest trading partner.
If we take into account the products that were imported and exported the most during this period, it turns out that British exports to Albania have been mainly focused on machinery and processed products. At the top of the list are mechanical generators (intermediate use) with a value of 4.7 million pounds, followed by beverages and tobacco with 3.8 million pounds. Also, the list of the five main products includes various foods with 2.3 million, specialized machinery with 1.9 million, and vehicles with 1.9 million pounds. These indicators highlight the major role of British industrial and technological products in the Albanian market.
On the other hand, the UK's main imports from Albania during the same period are more related to agricultural products and consumer goods. The first place is held by clothing worth 2 million pounds, followed by fruit and vegetables with 1.5 million.
Iron and steel products reach 1.3 million, while drinks and tobacco reach 1.1 million pounds. At the bottom of the top five is footwear with 1 million pounds. The data shows a clear economic exchange where Britain supplies Albania with machinery and technological products, while Albania is known for exporting agricultural products, textiles and consumer goods.
