Over 820 thousand applications in e-Albania during September - What are the most used services by citizens and businesses?

During the month of September, over 820,000 applications were made in the five most used services on the state digital platform e-Albania. Of these, 295 thousand are for personal certificates; over 239 thousand are made for family certificates; certificates for the payment of contributions for individuals are around 130 thousand; social security contributions are counted in 81,363 applications and over 77 thousand are applications for salary certificates.
E-Albania has consolidated its role as the central portal of public services in Albania. 24/7 electronic services are offering fast solutions, without the need for physical presence at the counters, all this in order to increase transparency and facilitate administrative procedures. This has also ensured a modern, standardized and secure process. Official documents generated at the end of the application are equipped with an electronic seal, which makes them valid and verifiable by any public or private institution.
According to official e-Albania data, the most used services in September are mainly related to: personal or family certificates; social security contributions; salary confirmation; as well as confirmation of the payment of contributions for the individual.
With a simple and accessible approach for all, the digitalization of services on the e-Albania platform has improved the interaction between the administration and citizens or businesses.
