How has this week started for the major currencies? – Growth for the Dollar, Franc and Pound!
The US dollar has started the week positively, registering an increase this morning compared to the week before, being bought today at 83.1 lek and being sold at 84.1 lek according to the local exchange rate.
The European currency continues to maintain relatively the same rates as it has for some time now, as it was bought this Monday at 97.3 lekë and sold at 98.1 lekë compared to last week.
The Swiss franc, meanwhile, has marked a slight increase in value this morning, being bought at 104 lek and being sold at 105 lek compared to a week ago.
Referring to the domestic foreign exchange market, the British pound, although it started the week on the rise, suffered a significant drop in value over the weekend, being bought today at 112 lek and sold at 113.2 lek.
