General decline in the foreign exchange market – Major currencies weaken
The US dollar has not undergone significant movements since yesterday, registering no fluctuations in value this morning as it continues to be bought today at 83.3 lekë and sold at 84.3 lekë compared to Monday.
According to the local exchange rate, the European currency was bought this morning for 96.3 lek and sold for 97.1 lek, thus experiencing a very slight decrease in the quote from yesterday.
The Swiss franc also marked a decrease in value this Tuesday, as compared to the day before, it was bought today for 103.1 lek and sold for 104.1 lek.
The British pound, referred to the domestic foreign exchange market, was bought today at 109.2 lek and sold at 110.4 lek, also registering a decrease in value this Tuesday morning compared to yesterday.
