Works on the Librazhd-Korça road axis/ State Police: Temporary blockage of vehicle traffic
The State Police announces that due to the works to be carried out on the "Librazhd-Korça" road axis, in the village of Dragostunjë, there will be a temporary blockage of vehicle traffic on this road axis, from 03.02.2026 to 05.02.2026, during the time intervals 22:00 - 05:00.
According to the announcement, during these time intervals, the road axis will be impassable for vehicles, especially for heavy tonnage vehicles. Border crossing points have been notified to inform drivers of these vehicles about the temporary traffic blockage.
The police inform that during the traffic blockade, only ambulances, fire engines and police vehicles will be allowed to circulate, but the "Maliq - Lozhan - Moglicë - Gramsh" axis will serve as an alternative route for small vehicles, in the direction of Tirana and vice versa.
Police services inform that they will be present on the ground, to manage the situation, guarantee order and road safety.
The Elbasan Traffic Police appeals for understanding from drivers, respect for signage and instructions from the Police services, and for avoiding unnecessary movements during the time intervals of the blockage.
In case of need or to report violations of road traffic rules that cause traffic delays or blockages, citizens can call the toll-free number 112 or communicate with the Police services on duty.
