Energy payments by card welcomed by customers, Hima: It creates a lot of convenience
The opportunity to pay for electricity with a bank card at OSHEE points has been welcomed by customers. Sales and Collections Director Mentor Hima told Scan TV that this simple payment method is now being applied and used everywhere in Tirana.
"It is an additional option for paying the electricity bill. This form, since many customers are familiar with it due to payments at points of sale in the market, is now being widely used. The method of access is very simple," said Hima.
Last week, OSHEE added card payments as a new service at points in the capital. The pilot project, which is easily implemented, is planned to be extended to the entire country in a second phase.
