OSHEE Group increases salaries for field workers and electrical engineers

OSHEE Group sh.a. has taken a new step in support of energy sector professionals, by increasing salaries for field workers and electrical engineers at the Distribution System Operator (DSO).
As part of professional development and policies to encourage technical profiles, the company has decided to support employees with training in the electrical field, who contribute every day to the maintenance and safe operation of the energy network.
According to the announcement, as of February 1, employees in the electrical profile at OSSH have benefited from an increase in their basic salary. Specifically, employees with secondary vocational education in the electrical profile will benefit from an increase of 7,500 lek above their basic salary.
Meanwhile, for employees with higher education in electrical engineering, the base salary increase is 12,500 lek.
This decision aims to appreciate the contribution and professionalism of electricity sector specialists, who are on the front lines of work to guarantee the security and normal functioning of the energy system in the country.
