Zëvëndës kryeministrja Balluku pati në orët e pasdites një takim me 12 prefektët e qarqeve dhe kryetarët e bashkive që konsiderohen zona me rrezikshmëri të lartë për përmbytje. Në takim është kërkuar marrja e masave në kohë si edhe koordinimi mes pushtetit vendor dhe ministrive të linjës si ajo e Mbrojtjes, e Brendshme, e Bujqësisë dhe e Agjencisë Kombëtare të Mbrojtjes Civile.
Duke nisur nga mbrëmja e sotme dhe përgjatë të paktën 48 orëve në vijim, vendi do të përfshihet nga reshje intensiove dhe të dendura shiu, me erëra të forta, por në disa zona priten edhe reshje dëbore. Veriu i vendit është territori më i rrezikuar nga moti i keq që pritet të "pushtojë" vendin.
