Ministria e Bujqësisë sqaron: Programi IPARD III nuk është hapur ende, po rishikojmë procedurat
Mbështetje e fermerëve me fondet e BE pritet që të rifillojë së shpejti. Megjithatë sipas një sqarimi që Ministria e Bujqësisë bën në rrjetet sociale, procesi është ende në rishqyrtim. Duke ju përgjigjur interest të lartë ministria sqaron:
“Ministria e Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural informon opinionin publik se IPARD III Programme nuk është hapur ende për aplikime, pasi programi aktualisht ndodhet në fazën e rishikimit të procedurave dhe finalizimit të procesit të akreditimit, si dhe të përmbylljes së marrëveshjes së financimit me Komisionin Evropian.
Ky proces përfshin verifikimin dhe forcimin e sistemeve të menaxhimit, kontrollit dhe monitorimit financiar, në përputhje me standardet dhe kërkesat e Bashkimit Europian, me qëllim garantimin e përdorimit transparent dhe efektiv të fondeve.
Institucionet përgjegjëse shqiptare, në bashkëpunim të ngushtë me strukturat e Komisionit Europian, po vijojnë punën teknike dhe administrative për përmbylljen sa më të shpejtë të procesit të akreditimit, duke synuar hapjen e programit për aplikime menjëherë pas përfundimit të këtyre procedurave.
Programi IPARD III për periudhën 2021–2027 përfaqëson një instrument të rëndësishëm financiar për mbështetjen e investimeve në bujqësi dhe zhvillimin rural, si dhe një hap të rëndësishëm në përgatitjen e Shqipërisë për administrimin e fondeve të European Union në kuadër të procesit të integrimit europian.
Ministria e Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural do të informojë zyrtarisht publikun dhe subjektet e interesuara menjëherë sapo të përfundojë procesi i akreditimit dhe programi të hapet zyrtarisht për aplikime”, thuhet në njoftimin e Ministrisë së Bujqësisë.
