“ISUV ngjitet në standardet e BE-së/ Salla: 1,945 analiza të certifikuara për sigurinë ushqimore deri në 2029”
Ministri i Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural, z. Andis Salla, zhvilloi sot një vizitë në ambientet e Institutit të Sigurisë Ushqimore dhe Veterinarisë (ISUV), ku janë riakredituar dhe zgjeruar kapacitetet analitike të institutit sipas standardit ndërkombëtar ISO 17025:2017.
Gjatë vizitës, ministri u njoh nga afër me punën e përditshme të specialistëve dhe stafit teknik që garantojnë sigurinë e zinxhirit ushqimor, “nga ferma në tryezën e çdo familjeje shqiptare”.
Nga vetëm 6 analiza të akredituara në vitin 2013, sot ISUV numëron 1,945 teste të certifikuara, të vlefshme deri në vitin 2029. Mes tyre përfshihen edhe 12 analiza të reja për substanca të ndjeshme, si Tetraciklinat në mjaltë dhe Nitrofuranet në qumësht, duke e vendosur Shqipërinë në të njëjtin nivel kontrolli me vendet e BE-së për sigurinë ushqimore.
“Ky transformim është rezultat i profesionalizmit të burimeve njerëzore, investimeve të qëndrueshme në kapacitetet laboratorike dhe mbështetjes së politikave tona zhvillimore. Sigurojmë cilësi për konsumatorin, besim për fermerin dhe besueshmëri për produktet shqiptare në tregjet ndërkombëtare”, deklaroi ministri Salla.
Një rol të rëndësishëm në këtë arritje luan bashkëpunimi me partnerët ndërkombëtarë, ku veçohet projekti i Bankës Botërore, që mbështet fuqizimin e ISUV-it përmes investimeve në 7 laboratorë rajonalë dhe 6 pika të inspektimit kufitar (PIK), duke forcuar më tej rolin e ISUV-it si institucion referencë në nivel kombëtar për sigurinë ushqimore dhe shëndetin veterinar.
Ministri Salla theksoi se përpjekjet në këtë drejtim janë pjesë e vizionit “Bujqësia 2030”, që synon ngritjen e standardeve kombëtare në një nivel të ri cilësie dhe besueshmërie, si dhe përmbushjen me seriozitet të detyrimeve të Kapitullit 12 për Sigurinë Ushqimore, në kuadër të procesit të integrimit europian të Shqipërisë.
