Albanian military industry, looking for engineers/ The recruitment phase has begun. Technical experts will be selected from vocational schools

The revitalization of the military industry is expected to create 326 new jobs in Albania this year, half of which require engineers. According to the Ministry of Defense, the recruitment phase of 49 engineers and 68 technical experts has begun. However, there is no shortage of support positions, such as financiers, economists and lawyers.
The Ministry of Defense is cooperating with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Economy and Innovation so that these professionals, at least the technical experts, are selected from the best vocational schools in the country. Meanwhile, the engineers will be selected at the Polytechnic University of Tirana and other faculties.
In total, it is expected that around 1,000 families will live through this industry. The employees recruited in this phase will be in service of the production of ammunition, uniforms and drones. Therefore, the recruitment deadlines are in line with the deadlines when the production of ammunition, uniforms and drones will start in the country.
According to previous statements from the Ministry of Defense, 12 engineers and technical personnel are being recruited for the "Quadcopter" drones that will be produced in mid-April.
In May, the construction of the textile factory in the Babrru area for the production of uniforms is completed, while July is the month of the start of the production of the first ammunition. The Timak Defense company has also signed an agreement with Man, a subsidiary of the German company Rheinmetall, one of the largest in Europe for the production of weapons. In our case, the agreement is for the production of support command transport vehicles.
