Properties, 33 thousand maps towards digitalization/ Fiscal Cadastre in the third phase, fair taxation system
Around 33,000 physical maps will be georeferenced and integrated into the digital system, creating a unified and reliable database of property data. The launch of the third phase of the Digital Cadastre, which involves the digitization of cadastral maps, marks an important step towards building a modern and functional Fiscal Cadastre. This process is not merely technical, but has been described by experts as a fundamental reform in property administration and in the way a fair taxation system is built.
During the technical training, all phases of the work were addressed in detail, with the aim of strengthening professional capacities and guaranteeing accuracy at every step of the process.
The digitization of maps significantly increases the accuracy of information, improves the quality of services and facilitates access for citizens, businesses and professionals in the field. Through the Fiscal Cadastre, a fairer and more equitable taxation is ensured, where each owner contributes in accordance with the real value of his property.
At the same time, revenues collected on an accurate basis create greater opportunities for investment in infrastructure and public services. In essence, this digital transformation represents not only administrative modernization, but a concrete step towards fiscal justice, legal certainty and sustainable economic development.
