The "After School" program will not only serve to keep students in school beyond school hours, but will also create opportunities for them to develop their talents and creative skills.

In addition to homework support, the program will offer five clubs: theater, visual arts, dance, and a crafts and arts club. At the end of the program, students will have the opportunity to participate in national competitions, where they will put the skills acquired during the development of the clubs to the test.

"School cannot always be just lessons, a place where we have demands and exams, but it is very important that this moment after school shows a value, gives a different feeling and why not, discovers and develops the child in much broader aspects. The Ministry is looking at and will make possible several festivals or national competitions so that all our actors will have a finalization, that of touching the stage, be they artistic, but also competitive in the end, because it encourages and motivates."

To develop all these skills in students, trainers will also be recruited from outside the system, including artists with national or international experience.

"It will not only be the teachers of the system, or the teachers on the 'Teachers for Albania' portal, but it will also make it possible for teachers who have just retired, but who continue to have energy and a dedication appreciated by the system. But, not only that, all professionals who have graduated in the relevant fields dedicated to the programs will be welcome to apply and make their contribution. Not only as stage artists, or other local or central institutions, or freelance artists, who of course with their experience, exhibitions, concerts, all their activity may have had inside or outside the country, to be involved. This requires a large army of all trainers who will be attached to the program ," says Duro.

Through this collaboration, the aim is for schools to become spaces where students not only learn, but also discover and develop their talents.
