Energjia diellore, qeveria miraton ndërtimin e dy centraleve fotovoltaike me fuqi 152 megavat
Në mbledhjen e së enjtes Qeveria ka miratuar ndërtimin e dy centaleve të tjera fotovoltaikë. Sipas vendimeve në njësinë administrative Mbreshtan të Bashkisë së Kolonjës, shoqëria “Tekno Fire”, do të ndërtojë një central fotovoltaik me kapacitet të instaluar 102 megavat dhe me afat përdorimi 49 vite. Leja e ndërtimit dhe vënien në operim e impiantit duhet të përmbyllet brenda 36 muajve nga hyrja në fuqi e VKM.
Kompania ndërtuese është e detyruar t’i japë falas, në formë royalty, ministries së energjisë 2% të sasisë vjetore të prodhimit të energjisë elektrike ose konvertimin e saj në vlerë monetare.
Ndërkohë në afërsi të fshatit Vërnik, njësia administrative Qendër Bilisht në Bashkinë e Devollit shoqëria “Kronos Konstruksion” do të mdërtojë një tjetër central fotovoltaik me kapacitet të instaluar 50 megavat dhe me afat përdorimi po 49 vite. Edhe për këtë subjekt kushtet e ndërtimit dhe të lejes janë të njëjta, si në rastin e cituar më sipër.
Para nisjes së punimeve të dy subjektet përkatëse duhet të bëjë sigurimin e kontratës me vlerë të barabartë me 5 për qind të totalit të projektit.
