E-qeverisja, në rritje gjatë vitit 2025/ Qytetarët marrin më shumë informacion online dhe rrisin shkarkimet e formularëve
Përdorimi i e-qeverisjes në Shqipëri ka shënuar rritje të konsiderueshme gjatë vitit 2025, teksa qytetarët po orientohen gjithnjë e më shumë drejt zgjidhjeve digjitale për të marrë shërbime publike. Të gjitha kategoritë e kontakteve elektronike me autoritetet shtetërore kanë regjistruar rritje krahasuar me vitin 2024, duke reflektuar një angazhim më të madh të publikut me platformat online të qeverisë.
Sipas të dhënave, shërbimet që lidhen me detyrimet e qytetarëve, si deklarata tatimore apo njoftimet për ndryshimin e adresës, si dhe ato që përfshijnë të drejtat sociale, dokumentet zyrtare, regjistrimet arsimore dhe informacionet e shëndetit publik, janë përdorur më shpesh gjatë këtij viti. Ndër kategoritë me ritmet më të larta të rritjes është ajo e “marrjes së informacionit nga faqet ose aplikacionet e internetit”, e cila është rritur me rreth 2.2 pikë përqindje.
Ndërkohë, edhe “shkarkimi apo printimi i formularëve zyrtarë” ka shënuar rritje, megjithëse më të moderuar, prej 0.5 pikë përqindje gjatë vitit 2025. Kjo tregon se qytetarët vijojnë të shfrytëzojnë gjithnjë e më tepër mundësitë që ofron e-qeverisja, duke ulur varësinë nga sportelet fizike dhe duke rritur efikasitetin e shërbimeve publike.
Këto statistika vijnë edhe pasi buxheti për e-qeverisjen ka pësuar rritje.
Referuar të dhënave nga relacioni i projektbuxhetit për vitin e ardhshëm, për qeverisjen elektronike do të alokohen rreth 18.99 miliardë lekë, ose 196 milionë euro.
Krahasuar me vitin e kaluar, buxheti për modernizimin dhe përmirësimin e qeverisjes online ka pasur një rritje të konsiderueshme.
Theksojmë se qeverisja elektronike përfshin aktivitete të tilla si ndërveprimi me autoritetet publike, marrja e informacionit nga faqet e autoriteteve, shkarkimi i formularëve zyrtarë, aksesimi i të dhënave ose regjistrave, aksesimi i informacionit personal, caktimi i një takimi ose rezervimi, dorëzimi i deklaratave tatimore, pretendimet ose ankesat, si edhe përfitimet nga sigurimet shoqërore.
