Cadastral services, now with online payment - Property procedures become faster

Citizens now have the opportunity to apply and make payments for a range of Cadastral services completely electronically, through the state portal e-Albania. According to the official announcement of the Cadastral, a total of 74 cadastral services can be paid online using any type of bank card, be it a credit or debit card, regardless of the user's location.
According to the announcement, a commission is applied to card payments and is collected by the card issuer.
The Cadastre announces that the range of services is wide and includes: issuing ownership certificates, verifications and property cards, conducting initial property registrations, procedures for inheritance deeds, as well as revaluations or clarifications of property boundaries.
The online payment process is simple and fast. The citizen selects the relevant service on the e-Albania platform, clicks the “pay online” option, and then follows the steps and instructions that appear automatically in the system. The payment is confirmed immediately and the application begins to be processed without delay and without the need to physically appear at the institution’s counters.
This process aims to increase the quality of public services, reduce waiting times and facilitate citizens' access to cadastral documentation, making the administration more efficient, transparent, faster and closer to citizens, as well as accessible to everyone.
