The State Election Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, has announced that the counting and evaluation of absentee ballots for electoral subjects has been completed for the 12 regions of the country.
According to Celibashi, the process of counting and evaluating external votes for preferential voting candidates (on the "open" list) continues in the following districts:
1. Durres
2. Tirana
3. Shkodra
4. Fern
5. Lezha
6. Debar
7. Elbasan
8. Vlora
9. Berat
10. Gjirokaster
11. Korca
