New guidance on double taxation - Refund of prepaid tax for 7462 taxpayers
The Tax Administration has announced the refund of prepaid tax for 7462 taxpayers who provide professional services.

Meanwhile, with the entry into force of the new guidance on double taxation, taxpayers will soon be able to submit documentation electronically. The General Directorate of Taxes informs that the submission will be made only on the official website of DPT where the form is also published.
The Tax Administration has also announced that it has drawn up the strategic document, through which the construction of a "smart and modern administration, with indisputable integrity, trusted and admired" is aimed.
The plan focuses on four main pillars: increasing the efficiency of tax revenue collection by encouraging voluntary compliance, modernization of tax administration systems and processes, organizational progress and human capacity development, as well as EU integration by aligning with European standards.
