Air traffic, Albcontrol: We had a technical problem, 90% of the systems were back in operation

In the afternoon hours today, as a result of a technical defect, the Albanian air traffic systems were turned off. According to the announcement of Albcontrol, the situation returned to normal within 30 minutes and 90% of the systems are back in operation. The timely intervention has avoided air traffic congestion.
In the announcement distributed by Albcontrol, it is announced that "Today at 17:30, due to a technical problem, the air traffic systems were turned off. Albcontrol experts have taken all measures to avoid any risk to aircraft in the airspace and are committed to restoring the systems to work. Around 18:00, 90% of the systems were restored to normal functions and in the meantime, work is being done to recover the rest of them. Thanks to the timely and professional response, it was possible to avoid air traffic congestion in our airspace."
