Rritet numri i rasteve të krimit kompjuterik - Dokuzi: Në fokus sektori financiar, por edhe informacioni privat
Zhvillimi i teknologjisë viteve të fundit ka thjeshtuar shtigjet për të huajt, por edhe për shqiptarët, për të zgjeruar aktivitetin e krimit kibernetik.
Sipas të dhënave nga Ministria e Brendshme, gjatë vitit të kaluar janë evidentuar 1,210 vepra penale në fushën e krimit kibernetik, ose 58% më shumë se në vitin 2023.
Shahin Dokuzi, ekspert i IT-së u shpreh se “Sulmet po rriten dita-ditës dhe po shtrihen gjerësisht në internet. Më së shumti preket sektori financiar, por së fundmi është rritur ndjeshëm edhe rreziku për sektorin e sigurisë fizike, pasi Shqipëria është pjesë e NATO-s dhe të tjerët duan ta sulmojnë. Gjithashtu janë shtuar sulmet që synojnë informacionin privat të qytetarëve në Shqipëri.”
Pjesa më e madhe e këtyre veprave penale janë zbuluar nga organet kompetente plot 732 raste, që përbëjnë 61% të totalit, ose 319 raste më shumë se një vit më parë. Kjo tregon për një efikasitet më të lartë të strukturave përgjegjëse.
“Qeveria ka marrë masa me krijimin e AKSK-së (Autoriteti Kombëtar për Sigurinë Kibernetike), duke nxitur bizneset të implementojnë të gjitha certifikimet e nevojshme për sigurinë kibernetike, si dhe duke rritur kontrollin”, tha ai.
Gjatë vitit të kaluar u realizuan 55 operacione policore në fushën e krimit kibernetik, prej të cilave 3 u zhvilluan në bashkëpunim me partnerë ndërkombëtarë.
