Prime Minister and Socialist Party leader Edi Rama, at a meeting with citizens of Berat and Dimal, unveiled some of the government's main achievements in the economic aspect, emphasizing that this is the path towards the European Union by 2030.
"I want to share with you some facts - facts that are almost impossible to learn from the media. I will start with some general data on the country's economy. Today, GDP has exceeded 20 billion euros, while our goal for Albania in 2030 is to increase it to 35 billion euros. This is another important data: Albania, according to international reports, is the country with the fastest growth in gross domestic product in the region. On the other hand, we will also continue to increase wages. " Prime Minister Rama said.
Rama emphasized that by 2030, the aim is to further reduce public debt below 50%, while per capita income is expected to reach 15 thousand euros.
