Strong fall for the Dollar and the Pound – What happened in the foreign exchange market today?
The US dollar has suffered a sharp drop in value compared to yesterday, continuing to lose points throughout this week, being bought this morning at 88.8 lek and being sold at 91 lek.
According to the local exchange rate, the European currency, although it has not registered significant price movements, has had a slight fluctuation since yesterday, as it was bought today at 98.5 lek and sold at 99.3 lek.
The Swiss franc has already increased in value compared to yesterday, as it was bought this Wednesday morning for 104.9 lek and sold for 106 lek.
The British pound, meanwhile, has had a significant drop in value this Wednesday, as compared to Tuesday, it was bought today for 114 lek and sold for 116 lek, referring to the domestic foreign exchange market.
