University registration, 7 phases in the first round - Xhelaj: 25% of high school graduates showed up on the first day
University registrations have begun at a rapid pace. On the first day of the first phase alone, which opened on Wednesday, about 25% of high school graduates have registered for the program where they will continue their studies.
The head of the Albanian Academic Network, Arjan Xhelaj, says that the fastest pace of enrollments is being recorded in competitive branches.
Xhelaj explains how the process works and calls on high school graduates who do not emerge as winners in the first phase to be patient, as they may be declared winners in other phases.
Regarding enrollments in non-public universities, Xhelaj says they are divided into two categories: those who have decided earlier that they will pursue their studies in the private sector and those who are unable to obtain the major they want at public universities.
