Rama: The economy is offering sustainable growth - Extended meeting of the SP parliamentary group takes place

The expanded meeting of the Socialist Party parliamentary group has begun, where ministers will report.
At the opening of the meeting, Prime Minister and SP leader Edi Rama stated that "the economy continues to move at an unpredictable pace, offering sustainable growth, which, compared to the past 35 years, is incomparable."
While Albania is excelling in every way in international relations, while the developments underway in this mandate are more numerous and more significant than expected in terms of impact, as never before, the crossroads where we are today presents, in my opinion, several risks that require decisive addressing on our part, and I am talking about us here, ministers, because if we continue like this, Albania will continue to be in a bad place.
Every number for Albania today is a decline in the order of economic power and a decline in the trend tomorrow. The risk that we become irrelevant is real, and when I say we, I mean our country. Why do I say this? This is not a crossroads of strategic dilemmas or changed balances of power, but also a crossroads of artificial winds that will confuse us with our feet, which has happened before in all countries and in major parties, where it has confused the sense of the magnitude of their strength and the responsibility of the challenges. And today our leadership ability, the political and social maturity of our political family and the entire country, is being tested, precisely when we should climb even higher.
