OSHEE, with artificial intelligence - Tender 98.65 million lek for the establishment of the platform, aiming to reduce errors and accuracy in analyses

Artificial Intelligence will serve as a support and analytical tool for the company's daily operations. The Electricity Distribution Operator has opened the tender for the construction and implementation of an integrated platform, while the limit fund is 98.65 million lek.
The project aims to create an intelligent analytical engine that continuously processes data from OSHEE's operational systems, automate analysis for critical processes such as measurements, network, maintenance, outages and loads, and build a real-time monitoring dashboard integrated with existing systems. It also envisages the implementation of a recommendation module, which suggests operational actions based on AI models and predictive analytics.
According to the tender documents, the project involves building an advanced AI system that will support OSHEE Group operators in data analysis, system monitoring and improved decision-making, without replacing the human role in critical processes. The platform is conceived to function as an intelligent assistant, where any automatic action that affects essential operations requires mandatory confirmation from the operator.
According to the defined objectives, the Artificial Intelligence platform is expected to significantly increase operational efficiency, reducing analysis time by up to 80%, improving analysis accuracy by over 95% and reducing manual errors in meter reading by up to 70%. The project also aims to increase the productivity of operational teams and improve data quality.
