In October, 115 complaints about tender procedures were addressed - KPP in 97 decisions, resolved 127 complaints of economic operators
Complaints of Economic Operators addressed to the Public Procurement Commission have been registered in 115 for the month of October this year. But how are they separated?
Referring to the Monthly Bulletin, complaints according to the stage of the process for which the complaint was submitted, are divided into 53 for Standard Tender Documents, 61 for Bid Evaluation and one uncategorized.
Whereas, for those complaints which are addressed according to the type of contract, in the same data it is reported that 10 are for public works, 71 for goods and 33 for services. But unlike the previous 9 months, in October a complaint about mining permits was also addressed.
By classifying them according to districts, the map of complaints focuses more on the district of Tirana where 88 complaints were registered by Economic Operators, then the District of Fier has a total of 7 complaints, that of Elbasan and Shkodra from 4 respectively. The districts of Korça and Dibra received 3 complaints respectively, and the districts of Lezha and Vlora registered 2 such complaints. The districts of Berat and Gjirokastra have only one complaint each.
In 97 decisions of the Public Procurement Commission, 127 complaints submitted by economic operators were reviewed and resolved.
For the month of October, the financial fees collected as a guarantee for procurement procedures are over 20 million ALL, while the fees returned to economic operators at the end of the review of the procurement procedures are around 12.2 million ALL. In the meantime, 11.2 million lek financial fees are to be poured into the state budget.
