Impact of Trump's trade tariffs on Albania/ Rama: "We have no concerns regarding that topic"
Prime Minister Edi Rama, during the joint conference with the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union, Kaja Kallas, confirmed that Albania has no concerns about the imposition of trade tariffs by the US, even given the volume of trade that the country has with the US.
"I have no comment on it. We have no concerns regarding that topic. Our approach to this whole new policy that is being done with tariffs is a very simple approach and in a way comfortable for our own position for the volume of trade that we have with the US," Rama said.
Rama stated that "if we refer to the tariff table announced by the Oval Office, we have no concerns."
