Rama receives Kaja Kallas - The head of European diplomacy comes to Tirana for the first time
The High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union, Kaja Kallas, is paying an official visit to Tirana today.
To be received in a meeting at the Prime Minister's Office by Prime Minister Edi Rama. At this meeting, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union was accompanied by the ambassador of the EU Delegation in Tirana, Silvio Gonzato.
In addition to meetings with senior officials of the country, Kallas will participate in the Albania-EU dialogue forum on policy and security and then in the agreement ceremony with the European Investment Bank.
This is Kallas' first visit since taking office as EU High Representative for Foreign Policy, and is part of a Balkan tour that includes meetings in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
