Employment opportunities for all - AKPA: 6,391 employed in 3 months. Focus on equality and integration

The National Employment and Skills Agency has published employment service statistics for the period January-March 2026. During this quarter, a total of 6,391 job seekers registered with the Labor Offices were employed, figures that reflect the performance of the labor market and efforts to increase employment in the country.
On the other hand, attention has been paid to the inclusion of vulnerable groups, aiming at equality of opportunity and sustainable integration. Of the total number of employees, 3,888 are women and girls, which indicates a high participation of them in the labor market and a policy orientation towards the economic empowerment of women.
Also, 2,236 young people up to the age of 29 have managed to find employment during this period, reflecting the importance of programs dedicated to young people and facilitating the transition from education to employment.
The data also shows that 703 beneficiaries of the economic assistance scheme have been integrated into the labor market, while 581 are members of the Roma and Egyptian communities.
Meanwhile, 199 people with disabilities have managed to find employment, an indicator of efforts towards inclusion and the creation of equal opportunities for all citizens.
The National Employment and Skills Agency emphasizes that it will continue to support programs that promote professional training, increase employment, and improve access to the labor market for all social categories.
The main goal remains to create equal opportunities and ensure sustainable integration into the labor market, through skills development and ongoing support for job seekers.
