New overpass at Qafë Kashar – ARRSH announces traffic changes on this axis
The Albanian Road Authority announces that due to the works being carried out by the Albanian Road Authority for the construction of the new overpass at Qafë Kashar, there will be a blockage of the ramp in the Tirana - Rinas direction, in the interval 20:00 - 06:00 on 13–14.01.2026.
According to the announcement, vehicle traffic to Rinas Airport will be carried out via alternative routes:
• Vorë – Fushë Krujë (Rinas turn)
• Secondary road
• Tirana – Kamez – Valias – Rinas
• Kashar – Thumanë road, built by the concessionaire
The ARA requests the understanding of drivers, who must follow the provisional signage and plan their movement in time.
