Former Guard Command Turns into Museum 'Rama: It Will Be Added Value for Tirana. Opens Before Summer
Prime Minister Edi Rama, accompanied by the Deputy Mayor of Tirana, Anuela Ristani, inspected the works at the site of the former Republican Guard Command, near the Artificial Lake, which will be transformed into the "Heritage for All - Garda" center, thanks to the cooperation of the Municipality of Tirana with the Albanian Heritage Center.
In his speech, Prime Minister Edi Rama said that this object will be an extraordinary attraction and will provide information about the Albanian state over the years.
Collector, Artan Lame said the center will be accessible to visitors before the start of the tourist season.
The revitalization of this building will enable the promotion of unique cultural traditions and values, the encouragement of artistic, cultural and educational activities in the capital, and the creation of suitable environments for the development of disciplines in the fields of restoration, cultural heritage, education and humanities.
