Applications open for innovative projects up to 4 million lekë - Youth activation and employment, at the center of the call

The National Youth Agency has opened the call for project proposals, making funds available to youth organizations and organizations working for young people, with the aim of increasing their impact on the social and economic development of the country.
This call is a concrete opportunity to bring ideas and projects that directly impact the lives of young people, involving them more in society, helping them find decent jobs and improving their well-being in every aspect.
According to AKR, this program is intended as an important step to create bridges between young people, institutions and the community, by giving organizations the space and financial support to bring about real change. Through this initiative, young people not only benefit directly from the implemented projects, but are also encouraged to become an active part of decision-making and development processes.
Meanwhile, the scheme provides support of up to 2 million lek for youth organizations, while for youth organizations the fund can reach up to 4 million lek per project. This differentiation aims to encourage projects with a broader impact on the community.
On the other hand, projects that will apply to this call should focus on three main pillars. The first is related to civic participation and activism, aiming to increase the engagement of young people in public life and strengthen their role in decision-making. The second is related to decent employment, through the creation of concrete job opportunities, the provision of vocational training and the construction of bridges to the labor market. While the third pillar focuses on the well-being of young people, including support for a healthy lifestyle, personal development, social and cultural activities.
Interested parties can submit their questions until April 22, 2026, while all detailed information on application criteria, necessary documentation and relevant procedures are published on the official website of the National Youth Agency.
