Exhibition with creations of police officers at “PUBLIK Gallery” -

The Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets (AAPSK) today inaugurated the exhibition "Creatio Ex Ordine" with the works of four State Police officials, in the newest space dedicated to art and culture in the capital, "PUBLIK Galeri", an environment transformed from an asset obtained from illegal activities into an art and culture center at the service of citizens.

This project represents a new approach to the management of confiscated assets, turning them from passive assets into active sources of value for the community, in the function of social and cultural development.

The ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Ms. Albana Koçiu, Minister of Interior Mr. Besfort Lamallari, Chief Administrator of AAPSK, Ms. Risena Xhaja, heads of institutions and law enforcement agencies, representatives of the diplomatic corps, etc.

The Chief Administrator of AAPSK, Ms. Risena Xhaja, emphasized that this project is part of a broader vision of transformation at the national level:

"PUBLIK Gallery is concrete proof that confiscated assets are no longer a burden on the state, but an opportunity to create public value. We have launched a broad process to clean up and restore to the community the spaces that for years have been occupied by worthless assets, turning them into environments that serve citizens."

The Deputy Prime Minister, Ms. Albana Koçiu, appreciated the importance of this model as an instrument for strengthening public trust:

“This transformation is a clear example of how justice and good governance can produce tangible results for citizens. The social reuse of confiscated assets is an important step towards a more transparent state and closer to the community.”

The Minister of Interior, Mr. Besfort Lamallari, emphasized the dimension of security and the fight against crime:

"Every confiscated asset is the result of a long-term effort by law enforcement and justice institutions. Their transformation into public spaces like PUBLIK Galeri shows that the fight against crime does not end with the seizure, but continues by returning these assets to the benefit of citizens."

Within this vision, AAPSK has also launched a massive operation to free and clean public spaces occupied by confiscated assets and materials, which for years have generated costs without producing value. This process has started in Shkodra and is being extended to Tirana and further across the country, with the aim of returning these spaces to community use.

The exhibition open at PUBLIK Gallery brings a unique dimension, presenting works by four State Police employees, Neritan Nallbati, Idajet Faskaj, Edmond Rizaj and Ardian Fezollari, who through art show another side of their commitment to society. The curator of the exhibition is the artist Shpend Bengu.

AAPSK remains committed to continuing this transformation model throughout Albania, turning confiscated assets into assets serving the public and sustainable development.
