Energy efficiency, buildings in Shkodra are being renovated - 42.8 million lek tender opens for multi-family buildings
The Energy Efficiency Agency has opened a tender for the high-energy efficiency renovation of multi-family buildings in the city of Shkodra. The estimated funding limit is 42 million and 799 thousand lekë.
According to the tender document published by the Public Procurement Agency, the project is in its third phase, which includes the audit of facilities selected for energy improvement interventions.
Referring to the document, the building under study is a 6-story multi-family residential building, built before the 1990s. This building will use alternative systems with high energy efficiency; decentralized energy supply systems that use renewable energy sources.
Likewise, systems that realize combined production of thermal energy and electricity, as well as centralized heating-cooling systems, especially those that use renewable energy sources for buildings or blocks of buildings, will be installed.
The electricity necessary for the implementation of the works will be taken from the main electricity network through a meter at the closest possible point, which will be determined by KESH, to complete the successful implementation of the works.
Buildings renovated according to energy efficiency principles not only reduce energy consumption, which consequently leads to a reduction in emissions, protecting the environment, but also provide comfortable living conditions for citizens.
