The Director General introduces the new head of the Saranda Customs Branch

The Director General of Customs, Besmir Beja, introduced the new head of the Saranda Customs Branch, Ervis Mehmeti.
During the presentation, he focused on the importance of further strengthening the work at this customs point, emphasizing that Mr. Mehmeti's previous experience in the customs administration constitutes an important basis for fulfilling the following tasks.
In communicating with staff, he requested continuity in work standards, respect for procedures, and close cooperation between structures, with the aim of guaranteeing a service that is as efficient and functional as possible.
He also appreciated the contribution of the previous leader, Eleron Gjoni, for his work and commitment during his tenure.
During the visit, a meeting was also held with the branch staff, where the progress of the work and the organization of the relevant structures were discussed.
The Director General of Customs continues to monitor the work of customs structures on the ground, seeking to improve service to citizens and businesses, making it more efficient and transparent.
The Customs Administration remains focused on consolidating work standards and continuously improving processes, in order to increase the quality of service and public trust.
