Customs bans counterfeit goods with famous brand logos!
Albanian Customs announces that the Kapshtica Customs Branch Structures, in cooperation with the Anti-Smuggling Group, have finalized several cases of blocking goods suspected of counterfeiting protected trademarks.
According to information published today, after a detailed inspection of a vehicle arriving through this customs point, significant quantities of clothing and accessories with logos of well-known international brands were identified. Specifically, the following were found:
• Nike – 265 cotton t-shirts
• Lacoste – 325 cotton t-shirts
• Prada – 110 cotton t-shirts, 35 textile sweatshirts
• Hugo Boss – 570 cotton t-shirts
• Off White – 45 cotton t-shirts
• Casablanca – 40 cotton t-shirts
• Polo – 565 cotton t-shirts
• Tommy Hilfiger – 135 cotton t-shirts
• Moncler – 260 cotton t-shirts, 75 sleeveless sweatshirts, 75 textile sweatshirts for women
• Calvin Klein – 220 cotton t-shirts, 25 tank tops
• North Face – 50 cotton t-shirts
• Amy – 335 cotton t-shirts
• Emporio Armani – 110 cotton t-shirts
• Dolce & Gabbana – 85 cotton t-shirts
• Burberry – 40 cotton t-shirts, 35 sleeveless sweatshirts
• Fendi – 5 cotton t-shirts
• Louis Vuitton – 35 textile sweatshirts for women
• Christian Dior – 25 textile sweatshirts for women
This case follows two other seizures carried out on 22 and 23 September 2025 at the same customs point. In these cases, suspected counterfeit goods were identified, including:
• Oysho – 147 tracksuits, 98 sports suits, 246 other sports items for women
• Vans – 14 hoodies
• Adidas – 27 children's suits
• Football club logos – 154 sports suits for children
• Goyard – 33 women's bags
• Coach – 21 bags
• Massimo Dutti – 36 dresses, 27 winter dresses
• Off White – 28 women's suits, 8 coats
Albanian Customs continues to be engaged in the protection of intellectual property, as part of its commitments to strengthening commercial integrity and guaranteeing a fair market for consumers and businesses.
