"If you do not allow a normal debate here, we will proceed to the voting process. Once again, I ask you to continue speaking, if you do not want me to proceed to the vote," Rama said.
Meanwhile, the leader of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, has requested a 5-minute interruption of the plenary session.
"Mr. Speaker of the Assembly, yesterday at the Conference of Speakers we were clear with our opposition colleagues. It has never happened that the Prime Minister's speech was interrupted.
"Any attempt to interrupt this session and the Prime Minister's speech, due to unworthy behavior by a member of the Assembly, should be provided for by the rules of the Assembly. I request a 5-minute recess.
If this request is not reflected upon, we will proceed to a vote," Balla said.
