48 thousand farmers, cash payments for oil - Full list published. Over 14 thousand beneficiaries for other measures

48,117 farmers benefit from cash payments in their bank accounts for the oil they use for mechanized agricultural work. The Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development has published the full list of beneficiaries from the National Agricultural Support Scheme, which also shows a wide geographical distribution of beneficiaries. While measures 1-7 of the scheme result in 14,577 beneficiaries.
Regarding the oil scheme, applicants have self-declared the agricultural crops planted or planned to be planted, according to the provisions of the online application form. Each parcel, according to the documentation of ownership or use, is completed with the relevant crop/crops planted or planned to be planted.
The highest support has gone to the regions of Fier, Berat and Korça, where agriculture has the highest development.
The exact amount that winning applicants receive is categorized by government decision according to the crop planted, while the maximum support reaches up to 186 euros per hectare.
As for the cultivation of field plants, 18,582 lek/ha are given for spring crops such as corn, beans, sunflowers, soybeans, sorghum. 12,714 lek/ha for ancient plants such as wheat, oats, rye, barley, annual forages, industrial (potatoes, tobacco, beets, cotton. And 8,802 lek/ha for perennial forages, aromatic-medicinal plants.
In the fruit and vegetable group, the payment for oil for apple cultivation is 18,582 lek/ha, 15,648 lek/ha for all types of fruit, olives, citrus fruits and vineyards, as well as 13,692 lek/ha for walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts and cultivated chestnuts, as well as 16,626 lek/ha for all seedlings of seed, nuclear and nut plants.
As for the third group, vegetable cultivation, payments for oil vary from 14,670 lek/ha for all types of field vegetables in the first season, including watermelon, melon, strawberries, and 16,626 lek/ha for all greenhouse vegetables in the first season.
Farmers benefit up to 100% of the value, with an area of up to 10 ha, according to the calculations made. For areas over 10 ha, the benefit amount is reduced by 50%, excluding cases of applicants with "Group of farmers" or "SHBB" status.
While for other schemes, the highest number of beneficiaries is in livestock, followed by beekeeping.
All applications made through e-Albania and declared winners have been subjected to an administrative control process, which examines the compliance of self-declarations, regarding parcels, areas, crops and documentation supporting these declarations.
Last year, over 52 thousand farmers throughout the country benefited from this scheme. The Agricultural and Rural Development Agency has announced that payments to farmers have been transferred to the accounts of commercial banks and disbursement is continuing normally even for farmers who have not yet benefited. The realization of the fund for the oil scheme is at the level of 93%, while for other measures, at the level of 90%. Meanwhile, the support scheme for this year is expected to undergo changes by better targeting the support in order to increase production.
